By accessing, purchasing, or using any MatFin Group (“MFG”) -or- MarketMicrostructure.org and/or IndicatorSavvy -or- Broadview Research and Development LLC product, software, algorithm, service, or system (collectively, the “Services”), including but not limited to Liquidity R, RStudio Vibrance, TradingView scripts and indicators, and all related R Products, you (“the User”) agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you are prohibited from using the Services.

1. Experimental Nature & Learning-First Framework

MatFin Group operates at the forefront of financial technology, machine learning, algorithmic trading, and emergent systems. All Services—including Liquidity R, RStudio Vibrance, and TradingView implementations—are experimental, research-based tools developed within a learning-first framework. They are not financial products, not licensed investment software, and are intended solely for educational, academic, and theoretical exploration.

All tools are offered “as-is,” without any guarantee of performance, availability, usability, or merchantability. Users should anticipate bugs, instabilities, version drift, and evolving functionality. Use is entirely at your own discretion and risk.

2. Hypercompounding Model Statement

The concept of “hypercompounding” represents a theoretical model made possible in controlled, paper-trading environments under full automation and optimal conditions. References to “9,000% ROI” or similar performance levels reflect a simulated benchmark—not a real-world result, promise, or forecast.

Failure to understand, study, or explore market optimization carries inherent opportunity cost risks. However, any reference to ROI should be interpreted as academic theory. MatFin Group makes no assurances of duplication, realization, or profitability in live markets.

3. No Returns / No Refunds Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable. This applies to all Services, including:

  • Software
  • Indicators
  • R Variations
  • RStudio Vibrance Modifications
  • TradingView Scripts
  • Subscriptions
  • One-on-One Sessions
  • Algorithmic Tools

Once a product or service is accessed or delivered, no refunds, credits, or reversals will be issued. Each product or variation is a standalone offering; updates or future versions must be purchased separately. You agree not to dispute charges, initiate chargebacks, or make warranty claims inconsistent with these Terms.

4. Compatibility, Upgrades & Dependencies

All Services may require specific system configurations, dependencies, and companion tools. For example:

  • Liquidity R and RStudio Vibrance are required for specialized R scripts.
  • TradingView tools may require certain platform versions or settings.
  • Backward or forward compatibility is not guaranteed.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring compatibility with their systems and maintaining relevant documentation. No technical support is owed beyond what is offered voluntarily.

5. Intellectual Property & Usage Limits

All Services, content, code, documentation, trademarks, and systems are the exclusive intellectual property of MatFin Group. You receive a non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license for your personal or organizational internal use only.

You may not:

  • Share, resell, reverse-engineer, decompile, or sublicense the Services
  • Disclose or disseminate proprietary information
  • Circumvent obfuscation, security layers, or license controls

You may extract and share base R code, provided it excludes MatFin Group enhancements, stacks, or proprietary constructs. Any unauthorized use will trigger immediate termination of service and legal action under applicable laws.

6. Liability & Indemnity

Trading and investment activities involve substantial risk, including the total loss of capital. By using our Services:

  • You accept full responsibility for all outcomes, simulated or real.
  • You agree that MatFin Group offers no guarantees of profitability or performance.
  • You indemnify and hold harmless MatFin Group, its owners, affiliates, and licensors against any and all claims, damages, legal costs, or liabilities arising from your use or misuse of Services.

This waiver extends to all uses—live, simulated, backtested, paper-traded, or academic.

7. No Financial, Tax, or Legal Advice

All content, algorithms, indicators, and commentary are for informational and educational use only. Nothing constitutes financial, legal, or investment advice. No fiduciary relationship is established.

You are solely responsible for consulting with licensed professionals before making any financial decision. Past performance, theoretical results, and modeled outputs are not indicative of future outcomes.

8. License Scope & Duration

Each product purchase grants a limited license for the specific version acquired. Future releases, upgrades, or enhanced variants are not included unless explicitly stated.

MatFin Group reserves the right to:

  • Change product features, format, or delivery
  • Modify or discontinue Services without notice
  • Restrict access for any Terms violation

9. Documentation & Support

Documentation may be available on official websites or via authorized community channels (e.g., Discord). Support is discretionary and provided as time permits. Users are expected to have basic literacy in code interpretation.

No guarantee is made regarding completeness, accuracy, or real-time updates of documentation.

10. Privacy & Data Handling

MatFin Group collects minimal user data necessary for secure transaction and platform operation, including:

  • Name
  • Contact Info
  • IP Address
  • Payment Information
  • Usage Metadata

We do not sell or disclose your personal data to third parties except as required by law. By using our Services, you consent to our data collection and handling practices as described.

11. Risk Disclosure

All trading and algorithmic strategies involve substantial risk. You acknowledge and accept that:

  • Simulated or modeled performance can differ materially from real-world outcomes
  • Algorithms may behave unpredictably under live market conditions
  • Market conditions can change rapidly, invalidating strategies in real time

You agree to use all tools responsibly and to never trade with capital you cannot afford to lose.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MatFin Group and its affiliates against all losses, legal claims, or investigations arising out of:

  • Your use of the Services
  • Any breach of these Terms
  • Any financial decision or action taken using MFG tools or models

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Madison County. You agree that any legal action, proceeding, or dispute resolution will take place exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Madison County.

14. Revisions & Enforcement

MatFin Group reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services following any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Final Acknowledgement

By using or purchasing any MatFin Group Service, you confirm that you:

Agree that no warranties or performance promises are made or implied

Are at least 18 years old

Have read and understood these Terms in full

Accept all risks associated with algorithmic tools, automation, and market exposure
