MATFIN GROUP TERMS OF SERVICE

By accessing, purchasing, or using MatFin Group (“MFG”) products, software, algorithms, services, or systems (collectively, “Services”), including but not limited to Liquidity R, RStudio Vibrance, TradingView scripts/indicators, and all related R Products, you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

1. Experimental Nature & Learning-First Policy

MatFin Group operates at the cutting edge of financial technology, algorithmic trading, machine learning, and quantum research. Our products and services, including all R variations, RStudio modifications, and TradingView implementations, are highly experimental, continuously evolving, and intended primarily for educational and research purposes.

  • All software, systems, tools, scripts, indicators, extensions, plugins, modifications, stacks, strategies, and variations are provided as-is, without warranties of any kind—express or implied.
  • Users should approach all MFG Services as learning-first resources, not as finished commercial products or guaranteed solutions.
  • By using our Services, you acknowledge the frontier nature of this field and accept the uncertainty, risk, potential instability, and version inconsistencies that may come with it.
  • Our R Products (including Liquidity R and RStudio Vibrance) are rolling alpha semi-supersets that may contain unmodded variations during development phases.

2. No Returns / No Refunds Policy

All sales are final. MatFin Group offers non-refundable, non-returnable products and services.

  • Once purchased, you waive the right to any refunds, returns, chargebacks, or credits.
  • This policy applies to all digital products, software licenses, R variations, RStudio modifications, TradingView scripts, indicators, subscriptions, and consulting services, without exception.
  • Each version of our products requires a separate purchase; you do not receive a persistent license for future releases or variations.
  • You acknowledge that our pricing model reflects the premium, specialized nature of our technology and accept that our products may be valued at levels that approach unaffordability by conventional standards.

3. Compatibility and Version Requirements

  • Any new R scripts or software will be supported only by new variations listed at the time of listing.
  • If a new product is listed after you purchase your variations, then your variations do not support it and you will require an upgrade.
  • To utilize our specialized R scripts or software solutions, both Liquidity R and RStudio Vibrance must be purchased and installed.
  • TradingView scripts and indicators may require specific versions of our technology stack to function properly.
  • We make no guarantees of backward or forward compatibility between versions.

4. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights

All MatFin Group software, algorithms, systems, documentation, variations, modifications, and branding are exclusive intellectual property of MatFin Group.

  • You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or modify any MFG Services.
  • Due to the proprietary nature of our technology, various obfuscation techniques may be employed including version masking and non-standard variable naming conventions.
  • You cannot share our modded variations or R products as they contain proprietary intellectual property, but you may extract the core R components and share those if you wish.
  • TradingView scripts and indicators contain proprietary mathematical techniques and algorithms that are protected intellectual property.
  • Violations will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

5. Waiver of Liability

You fully understand and accept that trading and investing, especially when using automated systems like our TradingView scripts, R-based strategies, or algorithmic solutions, involve substantial risk, including loss of capital.

By using MatFin Group Services, you agree:

  • MatFin Group makes no promises or guarantees of performance, profitability, or results for any of our products, including TradingView scripts, R-based tools, or algorithmic strategies.
  • You use all products at your own risk.
  • MatFin Group and its affiliates shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or liabilities, whether direct or indirect.
  • You accept full responsibility for any financial decisions or outcomes derived from the use of MFG Services, R Products, or TradingView implementations.
  • You release MatFin Group from any and all liability now and in the future.

6. No Financial Advice Disclaimer

  • MatFin Group does not provide financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.
  • Our Services, including all R Products, TradingView scripts/indicators, and algorithmic strategies, are for informational, educational, and research purposes only.
  • Nothing provided by MatFin Group constitutes personalized advice or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial asset.
  • You are solely responsible for consulting a qualified professional before making any investment or trading decision.

7. License & Access

When you purchase or subscribe to an MFG Service, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or organizational use, subject to these Terms.

  • Your license is valid only for the specific version purchased.
  • Each new release requires a separate purchase.
  • MatFin Group reserves the right to:
    • Terminate or restrict access for any Terms violation.
    • Modify or discontinue any Service at our sole discretion.
    • Change the functionality, appearance, or implementation of any product without notice.

8. Technical Support and Documentation

  • Documentation for R Products, RStudio variations, and TradingView implementations will be provided on our website or linked through our discord community.
  • Support is provided at our discretion and may be limited during development phases.
  • Proficiency in code interpretation is expected; users should be capable of reading code and working backwards through our implementations.

9. Privacy Statement

MatFin Group respects your privacy.

  • We do not sell or share your personal data, except as necessary to deliver Services or comply with the law.
  • Information we may collect:
    • Name
    • Contact information
    • Payment details
    • IP address and usage data
  • We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information. However, no system is entirely secure, and you accept this risk by using our Services.

10. Risk Disclosure

  • Past performance is no guarantee of future results.
  • All trading and investing involve risk, including loss of principal.
  • Algorithm-based trading systems, including our TradingView scripts and R-based strategies, may contain errors or perform differently under varying market conditions.
  • You understand and accept these risks in full.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MatFin Group and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or legal expenses arising from:

  • Your use of MatFin Group Services, including all R Products and TradingView implementations.
  • Any violation of these Terms.
  • Any action or decision based on MFG systems or software.

12. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Madison County.
  • Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Madison County.

13. Modifications to Terms

  • MatFin Group reserves the right to change or update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
  • Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
