MatFin Group Terms of Service
Effective Date: April 22, 2025

By accessing, purchasing, or using any product, software, algorithm, service, or system provided by MatFin Group (“MFG”), including but not limited to those offered through MarketMicrostructure.org, IndicatorSavvy, and Broadview Research and Development LLC, you (“the User”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you are not authorized to use or access any Services.

1. Experimental Use & Research-Driven Development

All MFG Services—including Liquidity R, RStudio Vibrance, and any TradingView indicators or scripts—are developed within a research-first, experimental framework. These are not licensed financial products and are offered exclusively for academic, educational, and theoretical exploration.

All Services are provided as-is, with no guarantee of availability, performance, compatibility, or merchantability. Users should expect rapid iteration, feature changes, and potential instability.

2. Theoretical Models & Simulated ROI

Any reference to “hypercompounding,” “9,000% ROI,” or similar terminology reflects simulated, paper-traded performance under ideal and controlled conditions. These figures are not forecasts or promises. All such references are intended solely to demonstrate theoretical potential within sandboxed environments. No real-world profitability is implied or guaranteed.

3. Final Sale Policy

All purchases are non-refundable and final. This includes, but is not limited to:

Software and algorithmic tools
TradingView scripts and indicators
Custom R modules and RStudio Vibrance enhancements
One-on-one sessions, consulting, or subscriptions

No returns, reversals, or chargebacks will be honored once access or delivery is confirmed. Each purchase is tied to the version at time of sale; updates and upgrades may be sold separately.

4. Compatibility & Requirements

Users are responsible for verifying system compatibility before purchase. This includes platform versions, hardware/software dependencies, and any required configurations (e.g., 3Commas API connections, RStudio environment setup). No technical support is guaranteed unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

5. Intellectual Property & Usage Restrictions

All MFG products, source code, algorithms, instructional content, branding, and supporting documentation are the intellectual property of MatFin Group.

Users are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license for personal or internal organizational use. You may not:

Resell, sublicense, or share the Services
Reverse engineer or bypass obfuscation/protection mechanisms
Disclose proprietary features, code structures, or embedded logic
Use MatFin Group branding without written consent

Limited R code extraction for educational purposes is permitted only if it excludes all proprietary enhancements and MFG-specific logic constructs.

6. Assumption of Risk & User Liability

You accept full responsibility for any outcome, gain, or loss resulting from the use of our tools, whether real, simulated, or backtested. MFG does not provide investment advice, nor do we offer performance guarantees.

You agree to hold MatFin Group and its affiliates harmless against any losses, claims, legal disputes, or costs arising from your use or misuse of our Services.

7. No Investment, Tax, or Legal Advice

All content is for educational purposes only. Nothing contained in our products or communication should be construed as personalized investment, legal, or tax advice. No fiduciary relationship is created through your use of these Services.

You are solely responsible for consulting qualified professionals before making financial decisions.

8. License Scope

Licenses are limited to the version acquired. Unless otherwise stated in writing, upgrades, variants, and future versions are not included. MatFin Group reserves the right to:

Discontinue or modify Services without prior notice
Limit or restrict access for violations of these Terms
Change licensing models at its discretion

9. Documentation & Support

Documentation may be provided through official channels (e.g., GitHub, community forums, Discord) but is offered without any warranty. Support is discretionary and offered as time permits. Users should have basic code literacy and independent problem-solving ability.

10. Data Privacy & Handling

We collect only the data necessary to facilitate transactions and platform access, including:

Name and contact information
Payment credentials
IP address and metadata related to usage

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties except where legally required. By using our Services, you consent to this data handling policy.

11. Trading Risk Disclosure

Financial markets carry inherent risk. You understand and agree that:

Simulated performance differs from live results
Automated systems may misbehave or underperform in volatile markets
Strategy performance may deteriorate rapidly due to changing conditions

Never trade with capital you cannot afford to lose. Use our tools responsibly and within the scope of your financial literacy.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MatFin Group, its affiliates, owners, partners, and licensors against all claims, legal actions, or liabilities stemming from:

Your use or misuse of the Services
Breach of these Terms
Decisions or trades made based on outputs from our tools

13. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Madison County. All legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts within that jurisdiction.

14. Amendments & Enforcement

MatFin Group reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services following a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
